Youth Travel is a branded house providing various travel, accommodation, events and merchandise products under their sub-brands Tribe and Sure Thing. After completing some design work on Tribe, they enlisted my help again to work on various digital banners, business cards and brochure designs.
It was essential that Youth Travel visually relates to its sub-brands. The decision was made to use the elements and colour palette of Tribe. I used the modified ‘i’ from the Tribe pattern to create an exclamation mark. I wanted to portray the excitement, fun and party goer’s screams of delight in the exclamation mark design element. This aspect was enhanced by using diagonal lines to provide dynamism and visual direction.
